Marketing and Organisation
Every organization needs dedicated individuals for organizational tasks such as event management, recruiting new members, finance management, and marketing.
Our organizational team focuses on preparing for upcoming tournaments and events, communicating with Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, and maintaining our robotics laboratory as a collaborative space.
Each year, we organize the legendary TIGERs Weekend, where we rent a countryside house to engage with new members, build connections, share ideas, develop new tactics, and most importantly, work on our robots.
While most of our team relies on experience, wisdom, and ambition to develop new features for our robots, we still require significant funding. This funding is essential for building and repairing robots, participating in tournaments, organizing recruiting and team-building events, and maintaining our laboratory equipment. Our finance managers and the support from Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University make this possible.
Additionally, we have a dedicated team that recruits new members and manages our website and social media pages.
Thanks to the support of Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University and several kind supporters in and around Mannheim, we regularly participate in events to engage with new and prospective students, sharing our passion for robotics.
